I think there is one thing we all have in common the need love.. I think regardless of race or nationality it is a common goal to find a man or woman in which to show true love too..
You may think oh not me even go as far as to tell you friends and family, you don’t need love.. You may even say as long as I got Jesus I don’t need anyone else because He is true love and that is true.. we were created to love and be loved.. For Adam had God all too himself but yet scripture said in:
Genesis 2:20
“So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.”
So again I say we all want someone to love.. we go looking for love on our own.. we really don’t have a clue what love is but we still go out looking for this thing call love..
We look in the club on the dance floor at the bar looking for something to drink.. We go the gym working it out.. We go sports events all in search of love.. We look for love in the fine and the ugly; the weak and the strong..we even look to those with jobs and without jobs.. We go into the church not looking for God but looking for love.. We look at the Pastor, deacons, ushers and congregation.. We look high and low.. We look on the internet, coffee shop and over seas.. We even look at the grass next door all in the search of the thing call love.. Yet we still can’t find true love..
See true love is gonna take a lot of time and patience.. it’s gonna take give and take..letting your guard down, positioning yourself to serve each other.. it’s gonna take walking away when you know you’re right..it’s gonna take looking beyond the beauty, beyond the body, beyond the muscles and looking into the heart.. true love is being there after the stroke at age 27.. true love are losing your first child that you both dream of and not falling away each other.. It’s gonna take trust and caring and never going to bed angry..
See true love doesn’t dispel hard time , and problems.. but what true love does is to give you the strength to hold to each other.. to walk away from temptation.. true love makes you think long and hard about the 80/20 rule.. you know you have 80 at home but since you not getting what you want, you go out looking for 20 and end up losing the 80 you have home.. who is closer to the 100 the 80 at home or 20 in the street..
Now let give you the secret to true love : It is very simple true love can only be found through Jesus Christ.. He is the example of true undying love for all of us..
