I thought this would be a good tip for those of us especially getting ready to make changes in our diet.. they say weight loss is 80/20.. 80% what we eat and 20% exercise..
I know personally have but some of the weight back on that I lost this year.. and it came from not walking at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week and falling back into poor eating habits.. and did you know that you can break up your exercise into whatever amount of time your body can tolerate.. it’s not how much you do or how long.. you just gotta do something..
